Position: Vice President of Exploration - Africa
Mr. Chadwick has over 24 years postgraduate experience in mining. This experience includes five years in technical support, three years in base metals exploration in northern Namibia, nine years mining and exploration (mostly Archaean gold) in Zimbabwe, and 6 years working as an Independent Consultant in East and Southern Africa primarily in Archaean gold (Tanzania and Zimbabwe), and platinum (Eastern and Northern Bushveld, South Africa). He was previously the chief geologist for Kinross Gold Corp's Blanket Mine in Zimbabwe, Project Geologist for the Golden Quarry Mine in Zimababwe and Regional Geologist for the Globe and Phoenix Mine also located in Zimbabwe. He holds professional affiliation with the South African Council of Natural Scientific Professions, the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario and a Fellow of both the Society for Economic Gelogists and the Geological Society of South Africa. Mr. Chadwick is qualified to report under NI 43-101, JORC and SAMREC protocols. Mr. Chadwick is also currently involved with a diverse array of exploration projects in north-western Ontario and central Quebec in Canada.

Herr Sheremeta erhielt seinen M.B.A. von der Queen's University im Mai 2006. Er erhielt sein rechtswissenschaftliches Diplom von der University of British Columbia im May 1997 und wurde im Juni 1998 an das Gericht von British Columbia berufen. Ursprünglich erhielt er seinen Bachelor of Commerce von der University of Alberta im Mai 1998. Er absolvierte seinen Wertpapierlehrgang im Juni 1998.

Herr McMorran ist Präsident der Malaspina Consultants Inc., einem Unternehmen mit beschränktem Aktionärskreis, das Junior-Publikumsgesellschaften Verwaltungs- und Buchhaltungsdienstleistungen anbietet. Robert hat über 20 Jahre Erfahrung mit der Rechnungslegung und der Verwaltung von Publikumsgesellschaften, die letzten 10 Jahre durch Malaspina. Während dieser Zeit war er als leitender Angestellter und/oder Direktor von verschiednen Publikumsgesellschaften tätig, vorwiegend bei der Mineralexploration und Entwicklung. Derzeit ist Herr McMorran Direktor und Finanzchef von Continuum Resources Ltd., Direktor von Terra Ventures Ltd. und Finanzchef von Wave Exploration Corp. und Merit Mining Corp. Bis vor kurzem war Robert Finanzchef der Canada Dominion Resources Group, einer Familie von Durchlaufgesellschaften.
Herr McMorran ist seit 1981 Mitglied am Institute of Chartered Accountants of B.C. Er erhielt 1976 seinen Bachelor of Science für Mathematik an der Simon Fraser Universät.

Position: Direktor
Herr Bobeldijk bringt einen reichen Erfahrungsschatz auf dem Gebiet der Uran- und Kerntechnologie mit. Er ist seit 1991 leitender Kostenspezialist für die Hauptforschungslabore von Atomic Energy of Canada Ltd. bei Chalk River in Ontario. Er ist Mitglied des Berufsverbandes der Ingenieure in Ontario.
Er bekam 1958 einen akademischen Grad im Bauwesen von der Technischen Hochschule in Den Haag in Holland. 1981 erhielt er auch einen Bachelor of Arts für Wirtschaft von der University of Toronto.

Mr. Sutherland is a Certified General Accountant and holds a diploma in Operations Management from the B.C. Institute of Technology. He is currently the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Goldgroup Resources Inc., a private gold exploration company. He is also the Corporate Secretary of Uracan Resources Ltd. In addition, he is currently a director of four other public companies: Aquiline Resources Inc.(TSX), Silex Ventures Ltd. and Amicus Capital Corp. (both listed on TSX Venture), and International Absorbents Inc. (AMEX).
Mr. Sutherland has a long and successful history of advising growth companies regarding corporate finance matters. He was Chief Financial Officer of Arequipa Resources leading up to its acquisition by Barrick Gold for $1.1 billion in 1996. He was also a partner in a venture capital company specializing in worldwide marketing ventures and previous to that, Site Manager in building a $110 million gold mine in California. Most recently, he was co-founder, Vice-President and CFO of Tekion, Inc., a private micro fuel cell developer, and was a key partner in its growth from
4 to 75 employees in less than three years while raising US$18 million in capital. Prior to Tekion, he was President and CEO of ASC AVCAN Systems Inc., which he helped build into an international operation.
