Atomic Appoints Peter Chadwick As Vice-President Exploration, Africa

 Atomic Minerals Ltd. (ATL: TSX-V) is pleased to announce that Mr. Peter Chadwick, M.SC., PGeo., PrSciNat., has been appointed as Atomic's Vice-President Exploration, Africa, subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Chadwick brings to Atomic over 24 years of experience in the mining exploration industry in Africa.

Mr. Chadwick is a registered member of the Geological Societies of South Africa, Namibia and Zimbabwe as well as the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario. As a geologist, Mr. Chadwick has been involved in projects from the "grassroots" levels through to underground and open-pit mine production environments with a variety of companies, including Tanzanian Royalty Exploration Corp., Kinross, Tri-Gold and Falcon Gold. Mr. Chadwick will assume the role of Atomic's Qualified Person ("QP"), as defined under National Instrument 43-101.

Atomic Signs Exploration Services Contract In Tanzania

 Atomic Minerals Ltd. (ATL: TSX-V) is pleased to announce that it has signed an exploration services agreement with Geo Can Resources Company Ltd. of Tanzania. The mining licenses covered by this contract are PL4254, PL4433 and PL4335, all located near Lake Nyasa in the Mbinga district of Tanzania. These properties cover an area of approximately 1,760 sq. km., and are included in the Company's Technical Report prepared according to National Instrument 43-101 (see our news release dated January 30, 2008). The work to be done under the agreement carries a total budget of USD$467,000 and includes: geological mapping and sampling, airborne and radiometric surveying, trenching, pitting, assaying and shallow RC drilling. Phase One of the program has already begun and has a USD$25,000 budget for two months of geological mapping and sampling including 200 soil samples and assays.

Currently, the exploration teams are completing uranium anomaly identification work on PL4335 by ground survey using GAMMA surveyor and Scintrex GIS-4 Gamma Ray Spectrometers. At this time, over 40 sq. km. have been covered with a total of 1,035 readings taken.

Atomic expects to announce shortly the initiation of a helicopter airborne magnetic and radiometric survey. "The Company is looking to advance its projects quickly." said Warren McIntyre, Atomic's President, "Ground crews have already identified anomalies that require further investigation and once the Company has the results of the airborne magnetic and radiometric information, we will be able to quickly and effectively identify drill targets for these properties."

Atomic Grants Stock Options

 Atomic Minerals Ltd. (ATL: TSX-V) announces that the Company has granted incentive stock options to its most recently-appointed director to purchase up to 125,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Company pursuant to a shareholders approved Stock Option Plan. The options are exercisable on or before March 11, 2013 at an exercise price of $0.20 per share.

Atomic Signs Final Letter Of Intent To Acquire Tanzania Property Package

 Atomic Minerals Ltd. (ATL: TSX-V) is very pleased to announce that it has signed a definitive option agreement (the "Option") with Geo Can Resources Company Ltd. ("Geo Can") for its land package in the United Republic of Tanzania on the terms contained in the January 28th amended letter of intent and described in Atomic's news release of the same day. The Option allows Atomic to acquire up to a 90% interest in a land package now totalling over 940,000 acres (the "Property") divided into 10 separate licenses (the "Licenses"). Having received the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSX-V"), Atomic is now able to proceed with full-scale exploration of this land package. Warren McIntyre, Atomic's CEO, noted "Initial groundwork and geophysics has already been started on our the three licenses located in the Mbinga district, which were the subject of our 43-101 report. We are committed to flying airborne surveys on these projects upon successful permitting. This should be completed by April. Upon receipt of this information we will follow up with an aggressive drilling program slated for the late spring and summer of 2008. We look forward to establishing Atomic as a real presence in uranium exploration in the country of Tanzania."

TSX Venture Exchange Approves Tanzanian Property Acquisition

 Atomic Minerals Ltd. (ATL: TSX-V) is pleased to announce that it has received the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") to the acquisition of the Tanzanian land package described in our news release dated January 28, 2008. In addition to the terms of the letter of intent between Atomic and Geo Can Resources Company Ltd. ("Geo Can"), the Exchange has also approved both a Technical Report pursuant to National Instrument 43-101 which was prepared on a portion of the Tanzanian package (filed on SEDAR on January 30, 2008) and a title opinion covering the entire land package which was prepared by Atomic's lawyers in Tanzania.

Atomic and Geo Can are currently finalizing the terms of a definitive option agreement governing the acquisition and exploration of the Tanzanian land package.
