| | May 11, 2010 Arco Settles Lawsuit against Mayan Minerals

| | May 10, 2010: Vancouver, B.C.: Arco Resources Corp. (TSX-V: ARR) ("Arco" or the "Company") announces that it has agreed to a cash settlement of its lawsuit against Mayan Minerals Ltd., Kee Nez Resources, LLC and Mr. Terry Heard (see news release dated November 3, 2008). The lawsuit arose in connection with the payment of land registration and maintenance fees and expenses on mining claims located near the Dolores Anticline in the State of Colorado. These claims were the subject of a letter of intent under which Atomic proposed to option them from Mayan and Kee Nez. As part of the settlement, Mayan also agreed to drop its counterclaim against Arco.
